After Acceptance

Accepted papers should be formatted according to the Small Standard Format described in the ACM Style Guide. The LaTeX style files include a BibTeX style for citations in author-year format. Authors should make sure to distinguish between in-text citations, using the command \citeN, and parenthetical citations, using \cite.

ACM has partnered with American Journal Experts to provide language editing and translation services to ACM authors at a 15% discount. Formatting assistance is provided at no charge to authors by Aptara, as specified in the ACM Style Guide.

Upon publication in the ACM digital library, authors can use the Author-Izer Service to add a link to their personal or institutional homepage that allows visitors to access their paper free of charge.

ACM also provides new options for authors to manage rights and permissions for their work: a new publishing license agreement, an updated copyright transfer agreement, and a new author-pays option which allows for perpetual open access through the ACM Digital Library. More information is available on the ACM Author Rights webpage.
